I am sure many will agree that it has been a very energetically tense time of late. My feelings for this on a personal level are that we are being brought into a time where we are able to view ourselves how we used to be, and are seeing how the old ways are no longer fitting into the pieces of the new jigsaw puzzle that are slowly but very surely piecing together. The old vibrations cannot sit or take form in the new light arena that is unfolding within and around us. It has felt for me of late that every stone is being unturned, every fragility is being let go of, and we are shown that these old ways especially how we "use our thought process" are no longer befitting in the new light arena. So we literally down tools, and stop and allow the vibrational untanglement of the very thread of our existence, so that we can become entwined within the divine light threads that are shifting and moving us to higher and greater conscious awareness of the absolute divinity that we are and that surrounds us.

"Awaken dear ones, into the light of omnipresence. You are so much more than you realise at this moment in your time zone, in the time you know as time currently. Release the trappings of the 3D state. Of the need to be of emotion, of the need to have endless thoughts perpetuating your vibration. For you are not of mind, you are of light. The light is rising within you. So much so that you are moving into a new way of BEING. A BEING OF DIVINE LIGHT, OF THE ONE SOURCE. Release and open up to your truths.

Release from the need to be thought, to be emotion, to be living from the mind. Seek the resting place within the heart center, from there you will see the light of the one, pulsating, transmutting into pure light consciousness. Yes we know that you are expanding and you fear your own power. But release, breath into this outer dimensional reality. Rising in your conscious awareness to the great truth that has lied dormant within you for lifetimes, Eons, eternity itself is your dwelling place. You await the One to come to you in physical form, yet we say to you now, you are THE ONE. The light coding is unfolding within you to show you how majestic in form you truly are. Trust in the process. Letting go of the need to answer your own thoughts or to take action from emotional driven thought mechanisms. Open to your expanded light. Time in meditation, breathing, being, using the crystals, connecting to your lightbody through your MerKiVic system. ALl these tools we share with you, we bring to you through the light of the one. The journey has begun, the awakening is upon you. You are divine light. You are omnipresence, you are perfection in form. You are fixed design. You are coming home. And we will bring to you that to which you truly desire. But we will bring to you that which is your truth. Know thyself, know your magnificence, Expand and open up. All is in divine order. "A new living life sees awe and wonder in the world. Babies, Children, when you look into their eyes you can see the simplicity in the vibration they are living from. Beaming out love and wonder. They are exploring and uncovering the beauty that lies all around. They beam love from within as they know no other way. They are simply being. As we grow older we seem to lose the awe and wonder as we gaze upon the world, often drudging through thick mud as we move through each day. We carry, we are burdened, we are heavy, we are density. The key for us is to feel the awe of the child, feel the wonder of the child again, that we once were, and still are, just in a bigger body! Feel the simplicity of being, see the love and magnificence in just being. Look out at the many wonders around you, that the world is and has for us, perhaps there are some things that occur and make it not so rosy a place, but when everything is stripped back, when we are, just being, we will once again live simply as love, divine love, without the burdens of life upon our shoulders. A child is free, a child is light, a child is unburdened, a child sees delight, in all things. Be like the child".

The One light works through electromagnetic frequency. A very high frequency so pure and so fine and divine. The key for mankind is to raise his own vibration to match the vibration of the One Source frequency and then what occurs is joy harmony love abundance alignment equilibrium. All of these things. This is why you feel such bliss in that moment of connection as you become one in frequency like a radio wave. A harmonic frequency, light coding electrical waves pulse through you unhindered by the lower frequency. Every thought is electricity. The higher the electricity the higher the vibration the higher the resonance the stronger the light connection. In unison- mankind can and must work in unison to be the higher vibration and in doing so the electromagnetic current feeds and heals the world upon which is lived and which is so loved. This is the key revealed to mankind at this time . Albeit it is not new. It is ancient coding. Ancient guidance. It will and does not alter. It is mankind's instruction for rebirth and renewal at a level of understanding that is open to you all right here right now. It is all in the electromagnetic waves. It's application is simple in its form. The difficulty perhaps lying in the understanding of being lighter and higher in vibration. Release, surrender, expand. Trusting.

The One light coding is all around, within, without, in abundance it is within all things. It is felt as vibration. It nourishes, rejuvenates, brings  "light streaming forth into the hearts of men".

It is what beats the human heart, ignites the vessel/body, electrifies the soul and spirit of all. It is eternal. It is omnipresence. It is the light that lights all things. It is the bearing in the heart , the pulsing in the blood, the source that feeds and brings life to all things. Mankind must know the simplicity of this connection. In raising his vibration higher to that of unburdened bliss , harmonious balance, releasing g of self preservation and self importance. Unified consciousness meaning the same that pulses through each vein . Each heart. Connected in unison with the same current , wave and frequency with the One. It's all in the vibration. And you feel it and you know how it feels and so make this the set programmed electro wave of your vessel.

"In those moments that you are lost, you have an internal light that shines and will show you the way. Listen, feel, go within. In those moments that you are lost take a big breath in and stop. Don't think, don't even analyse, don't do a thing....do no-thing.....just be....and in this moment of connection to the internal light within you will see your heart that shines and beats to the rhythm of the Universe. To show you that when you connect within even if just for a moment, you are shown the answers to every and any question you may have.....that the answer is just to be....and in that trust and surrender moment, the universe is greatly assisting you, because, dear One, you have stopped and taken a breath, and let go and released.....and in this time of divine connection much will be shown to you....hand over, all of it, in that very breath, and know and trust that all is well, that the Universal rays of the ONE are with you and working for you....you are never alone.....take that pause, let go and trust, release from the linear matrix and listen to your heart, your breathing rhythm and allow Source to unite you with the infinte you. In the moments you feel chaos or feel burdened, go within. In the moments of doubt and density go within, if only for a moment. Breath, sigh and just to be. And in this moment there will be a great unification within where you will know what to do. For anything that is turbulent or perturbs you is your soul light or you may know it as your internal guidance system/emotional guidance system, alerting you to stop....take a moment and release....and all will be well, as you hand over to the One. Let the star light guide you and bring you home. Have faith and trust".

The world, the universe and all that resides within is all part of the Great Mystery, the Great Truth and Magnificence.  It is only you that places limits and falsety upon yourself. Open to the grace and truth of the all for there is a power and light beyond all measure that you are a part of, that is actually who you are. Why would you therefore choose to live through limitation?".

"I have been asked by a couple of students recently who have hearing impairment how they can benefit from Meditation. With Metatronia Therapy there is "Vibrational Meditation". This means that the hearing is not required. There is no need to have to hear any music or follow any recording. When the symbols are invoked (drawn in the mind's eye) or the words of the symbols spoken out loud, or through a distant healing session, the vibration begins to bring in the divine light codings that bring the recipient deep relaxation vibrations. 

"We begin to link into the divine light codings above space and time. For all is perfect, in divine order, no separation, all is complete and whole. So would you therefore stick with your old iPad? Struggling and coping in a limited existence?  You are beyond limits. You have access to this right now. Expand your memory. Open to divine truth that is stored inside of you as part of your internal, eternal rhythm and makeup. Expand into the all - oh infinite Being. Lift the veil on the restrictions you hold in place. "It is important to value and honour yourself and to become aware of what vibrations you wish to have around you. If there is density around you then it is for you to decide whether you wish for those energies to continue to be part of your life. If something is no longer a vibrational match for you or causes densitiy or your energy to become out of alignment, then it is time to release those relationships and connections that no longer serve.

I know some of you will be aware of what I am saying. As we move on our ascending journey there are some relationships that we just cannot maintain any longer. They do not serve us and the vibrational density just brings lethargy and emotional chaos. When you feel this mismatched vibration the key is to move yourself away from it, even if it means letting go of relationships with friends, acquaintences and also may include family members. Sometimes it may feel as if you are not really yourself, when communicating with others on their vibrational level. This is not about ego, or competitiveness in energy, this is to do with being and living the truth that you are, and shining your beautiful light so freely and unhindered.

Many toggle between density and higher vibration. The key to your vibrational alignment is to maintain that positivity and to surround yourself with the energies that best serve you. I would go so far as to say that we owe this to ourselves to feel that beautiful aligned sincere and divine vibration.

No more to toggle in and out of that which no longer brings us what we require to be aligned. We need to be these positive vibes and more: Peace, calm, serenity, honour and truth.

There is a lot of density that shows up as we move upwards on our vibrational shifting and light evolution journey and that which no longer serves you must be released in order to make way for the more positive and magnificient experiences that will come to you the moment you are vibrationally aligned.

If something keeps perpetuating and showing its ugly head, or alarm bells ring within your emotional guidance system, it is there for a reason, it is showing you, move on, let go, trust, expand, surrender, release. Send out forgiveness and move on. You owe it to yourself to be vibrationally aligned and with this there will come great strength and connection, love and harmonious balance. No longer weighed down by that which you think you have to maintain, when really, you really dont have to do anything that pulls you out of your divine aligned sacred state of being. Honour thyself first and foremost as you to honour the light of others.

There are shifts coming, magnificent shifts, and you may be holding on for dear life, but let go and trust. You will be so divinely held by the arms of the One. It is showing you that which you must release in order to align. When you release the old, so what opens before you is something so amazing you will not believe what will occur...as you trust, believe and are open to receive.

What you feel who you are right now within an array of fragility and uncertainty, is asking you to let go and surrender. You are shown what no longer serves you as it can be "uncomfortable"....listen, take heed, it is there for a very special reason....acknowledge, let go and just be, releasing that which no longer is part of you, for it will hold you back.

"Now in all my glory I am open to the magnificence of the One and embark on my divine transformational journey. I am ready and my vessel is fully awakening to divine truth, that which I feel through my vibrational alignment. All the experiences I have had up to now I truly honour and give thanks to all those who have been part of my journey. Now I must let go and allow that which is my onward path to be opened fully before me. I am an empty vessel, I am a servant of the Light, and I am truly open to receive".

It does not know of lack or unworthiness. For those are from the limitations in mind thought origin.Your true origin lies in the All. Open yourself to your divinity. Release from your frailty for within the constraints of the mind you are limited.From the vibration of the heart you are limitless and not controlled by rigidity in thought. We are saying you are not alone on this journey of life. You are surrounded by light.The carnal mind expands in consciousness the moment you surrender outside the boxes of conformity. Be your freedom from thought. Flow as the eternal stream. Free from enclosure".

Allow the freedom of conscious expansion. Releasing from rigidity. What we believe to be truth from within a limited consciousness is not actually truth but a limited foundation of beliefs we have built around ourselves from a limited understanding and ignorance. Rise in your light. Awaken and expand. For judgement serves only to keep you in a place of darkness. Let your limited foundation dissolve, opening you to the truth of divine love and unity without separation. Times are changing. You are in the midst of the evolutionary vibrational shifts".

"The human vessel is "transmuting" as the lightbody frequency is literally alive with light. This light strengthens, aligns, awakens and is literally "transforming" your very being as you are evolving into light. This light has always been around you, and at this time the human vessel is altering in its "transfiguration" into Homo Luminous. You are awakening and physically doing so throughout every part of you. As your vessel (body) is taking in more light there may be some resistance felt. There are many symptoms of ascending vibration and the human vessel portrays these alignment vibrations in many ways. You are guided to be still and know, that any light embodiment symptoms will soon pass as your vessel adjusts to the new frequency. There are many adjustments now taking place. You have felt this on some level, be it emotionally, physically, mentally or indeed "spiritually".

UNIVERSAL EVOLUTIONARY LIGHT GRID MEDITATION

The Human Vessel (Body) is filled with so many experiences, the joyous ones make us light, they make us smile, they make us happy they make us rejoice, they are positively charging and do not create resistence or burden within the physical, corporeal form.

The negative experiences such as fear, trauma, deceit, regret, pain, sorrow, remain in the cells, they remain there as we hold onto them. The key to healing and this is great healing, is to be present in this moment. These memories and experiences that remain in our cells are there because we may not be ready to release them, we may not be ready to forgive the person/people/event/situation that placed them there. Now is the time for your release. These negatively charged vibrations remain and stagnate within our vessel.

Light a Candle, sit still and gaze upon the candle, breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. You can use this mantra to assist in your alignment with the grid, although it is not necessary. Your divine intent and participation is enough. Allow the Universal light vibrations to come to you, conscious, intelligent vibration:

"I acknowledge that within me there are memories stored, memories that I now wish to release from the cells within my body. I call down the Universal Light metallic grids to scan through my body releasing my fears, my self doubt, and all the negative memories and emotions stored within my vessel. I now release, I am released, I am unveiled".

Now visualise a metal grid that comes down across the body from the top of the head down to the feet. This can be gold, silver, bronze, metallic in form. This grid begins to "oscilate, and you may feel the "buzz/humm" as it begins to scan and move in sacred rhythmic patterning. You may feel areas where the grid passes through that have a little resistence, breath into these areas and the grid will pass through, taking with it any debris energy/negativity. You do not have to "invoke" it, just be at ease, relax and open.

Allow yourself to relax and release, and remain here for as long as you wish. Your Linear/mental body will be "turned off" and many may journey outside of the physical form. Journey as "Light" body, across the Aether, into the majesticness of the magical universal spheres.

There is no need to ground or use protection. That is an old system that is altering as we begin to open and trust in Source.

You can do this as often as you like, although just one session actually works wonders. You will feel lighter, you will feel as if you have been unburdened. There may be connection with Guides and spirit mentors and those who wish to connect with you, to assist in your awakening and ascension journey. You may see shapes, kaleidoscopic light formations and more.

Don't question or try and analyse, and release any expectation. Know that it works and will assist you. If there is resistence felt, just breath deeply and relax. Each time you work with this you will journey a little further. You are journeying into "Zero Point", zero gravity, zero polarity. You are journeying into the ALL". Dissolving into bliss.

This practice works very deeply into the very core of your being. Cells, muscles, memories, all will be scanned, released, aligned with the divine patterings of source light.

"In your surrender and trust, you are opening to the divine light of one, and therein many aspects of the human vessel will begin to alter as the consicousness & vibration is raised in line with the light evolotionary process".

Someone has asked me about Lightbody and Crystals that can assist with Activation. My answer is there is no need to activate your lightbody for it is an integral part of you. I advised that it is more working from the inside out, to unburden and lighten the load in order to feel your vessel freedom from constraints and controls and many crystals can assist with this. The human vessel holds on to so much that it taints and burdens the light that shines so brightly. As you work with certain crystals they assist in the "release and alignment process. Which is paramount for "freeing up the lightbody".

The MTFOL have a Lightbody workshop on the 20th February 2016. This webinar will assist in the connection to the lightbody through source vibration, simplicity in application and divine awareness. It is only our mind that limits our already divine connections to source. Awaken, align, come out of the mind!

The universe works with and for you at all times. You do not need to journey alone in the adventure of life. To seek to find from a place of unease and lonliness. To search from a place where it all seems so vast and complicated. It really isn't. You are guided to trust in your surrender process. Allowing the Universe to assist you in every aspect of your physicality. You have a divine symphonic vibration within you. For some this is often masked by control, conditioning, belief systems, not wanting to give up identity, all of these and more harbour your vibration into the physical/linear matrix. You are above and beyond this, and more. Allow youself to surrender unto the all and open to the vastness that is within. You are beyond limitation. It is only your mind that limits you, the heart knows no bounds".

Ease your internal environment. Your vessel is not designed to harbour "hostile" frequency. Your vessel is design to vibrate from a specific frequency. That of love. The more hostile the environment there is risk of disease and disharmony. The heart cannot hold lower frequency. The sacred rhythm of the vessel (body) becomes misaligned and out of sync. Ease your internal rhythm. The sacred symphony bestowed unto you from the divine. It's rather akin to putting the wrong fuel in a vehicle. Your fuel is love. Divine love. Self love. Self honouring, divine devotion. Awakening, alignment, awareness. Know thy self in all its glory and sacred divinity.

"What would you do if you were to realise and wake up to the fact that it is all about vibration - a vibrational key - that unlocks the truth of your being, as a light Being, dancing light of Source - when in this specific vibration there is the alignment, balance, joy, harmony, all of this resides and awakenings at this point of frequency, your natural rhythm. Now in the simplicity of it all, is where the key lies, in the simplicity of you just to know this and be this.....let yourself flow, letting go, rising up, simplicty, and let that vibrational key be known unto you as LOVE".

"The more you question, the further away from alignment you become. You are guided to trust, believe and be open to receive. At this time there is much occurring within the mind and heart. The heart is opening more to give way to the home of divine light and love. The mind is moving over, in its surrender to divine love. The more you question the more of a gap you are creating in your divine presence. Trust in this now moment. Allowing yourself to dissolve into divine love. Yes there is searching, yes you are looking to find all of yourself, but, in your divine surrender you wake up to the realisation that you are complete. Metatron is here to assist mankind in his light evolutionary process. At this time on earth there is much conscious growth and awakening unto the truth of the All. That which is found and resides in the very makeup of each human being. The essence of source pulsates through every living thing. You are part of this divine plan and order. Embrace the truth of who you are in your divine surrendering. And in this, there will be much release from toil that burns the soul. You will rejoice in the peace that is found in acceptance and expansion, aligning with the All. There is nothing that you need to do right now, other than just to be, in this very moment. For this is the essence and key of alignment. Your divine light shines right here, right now. Trust in this opening and awakening into the new dawning of the evolution of mankind. The old patterns within your DNA/RNA (Generic makeup) are altering as the divine sparks of light infuse into your lightbody. There is no separation. You are one with the all. Allow this new season of light within your vessel to expand and awaken you to truth. For that which you seek is within you, already within your programming and cells. It is the light that will awaken you. Your trust is key in this divine process of soul source alignement and vibrational evolution for you are divine design".

As you embrace the new year, embrace the new you. For the light is altering us, whether we are consciously aware of this or remain in slumber.There is a limit to what the carnal/linear mind can understand as it tries to control every aspect of the self/Identity/Egoic state. That is your limitation and will remain so unless you begin to fully embrace your divinity/divine design. You are guided to trust in the light and to allow your energy to expand in to this, as it will, when you surrender and let go of that which no longer serves. Metatron will assist you with this. It is a time for you just to be, not too much thinking or analyzing and just allow yourself to feel freedom from the mind in the lesser thoughts, more NOW momentary living. There is a light so bright that it blinds us, as it dissolves the old ways, it opens us up to the truth of who we are through the clarity of divine truth, the light burns anything away that no longer serves, and this is automatic. You don’t need to think about it, all that you are asked is to trust, believe and be open to receive, and in this you raise your consciousness to a higher greater level where the light is like a magnet to our truth. 

Our light is altering, for the whole of mankind at this time as we are in our light evolutionary process. We are able to fully embrace the divine love within our heart, that has actually always resided there, for we are divine. What occurs is that many don’t see this as they still live in the old ways, the linear/thought led emotions and living from the thoughts. Rather than embracing the heart centre where our ascending light and truth resides. It is rather like running off old batteries/struggling to run old programme, ignoring the download/upgrade. The old feels old, we may feel “wonky”, wobbly, unsteady, out of sorts and emotional. Trapped within the swamp of emotions. We are guided at this time to embrace fully what is occurring and to view it from a higher conscious perspective. Expansion is key for you at this time, the healing will assist in this but also to visualise your light expanding out.

The fragility is when we don’t accept or understand the higher divine plan and order and that our vessel (body) is feeling all of this, the mind/emotions however, will keep up stagnated in the old ways. Embrace the new, and how do you do this? Just fully surrender and be joy, be light, be love, be the higher frequencies through your emotions. Metatron will assist you with this. For anything outside of our divine design love frequency will bring us out of balance. We are learning to find the vibrational MAP within that leads us to total alignment and emotional freedom. This true vibration finds its home in love, trust and surrendering to the higher order. Like a magnet, bringing us home. Like a Moth to a flame. We must become aware of our Emotional Guiding System, this is our Source Map, installed within every living soul.

"The key to mankind's awakening lies in the trusting and expansion into the waves of infinite light.  There is nothing new being placed upon or before you,  only your opening to divine truth within your vibration, which is your divinity. For your true vibration becomes awakened when you begin to trust, believe and be open to receive from a place of divine love. In this switching within your consciousness you open yourself to divine truth. This raising in vibration from within your consciousness as you open and trust, results in a great rising of frequency as you no longer keep at bay or cover,  that which is your true core resonance.  Trust, believe, surrender and be open to receive. You can chose to remain as you are, or you can choose to open yourself up to the greater unified universal consciousness, which is your true vibration. You release the separation and open yourself fully to that which you have kept at bay through uncertainty, judgement, fear and controlled limitation within consciousness. The time is upon you where you can , right now,  ascend and awaken. This is not something that is applied layer upon layer on top of your old manmade design. This is a surrender unto your divine design. That which will bring you out of deep slumber. Awaken dear child, feeling the freedom of innocence, feel the depth of divine love and feel truth within. All that no longer serves you as lower dense vibration will be removed instantaneously as that resides within the old frequency, your old controlled, linear mindset.  It is a time to come out of the mind and allow yourself to surrender unto the all. Here you will experience and feel that which you call Source, which is the ALL. Release your uncertainty through divine serenity".

"You are the Eternal mirror. You are a reflection of the Creator vibration. That is your divine design, your divine blueprint, your divine resonance. You are a divine Being created from love. As mankind is awakening, within the DNA/codings of the vessel (body) a light is ignited, a divine flow and alignment is at play - above, far above the density that you create as your reality. You are consciously becoming aware of your divinity. Let us tell you that "above your thoughts lies a stillness beyond measure. A place of such divine love that it beckons you to hear, see, be and to enter the kingdom of light within. You are not being altered into anthing new, but are coming home to the truth of who you are. Nothing is being placed upon you - only that of light. This is the light evolutionary process for mankind at this time. To awaken unto the truth.  Let your core vibration spring forth as you begin to align and awaken. And in your trust, as your light strengthens, let those around you begin to feel the ripples of light and love. "Let light return to earth. Let the vessel be from its true frequency, that of love, that of the higher vibration and in this awakening there will be ripples felt across the whole of humanity. As we approach this wonderful time of year let us take a moment to go inside and feel the bright light of one within us. If you cannot feel know that it is there, lying beneath the density that you may feel, lying beneath the unsettling vibrations that you may be experiencing at this time. Above all you are source, you are divine light, and you are here to experience yourself, your vessel (body) as the purest light that shines. This is open to  you now as you ascend into light.
