YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Metatronia Foundation of Light products and services are covered by UK Legislation and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
RETURN OF PHYSICAL ITEMS:
In addition to your legal rights, Tammy Majchrzak also permits you to request a refund up to 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are offered at her discretion. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Tammy Majchrzak cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit for initial purchases or returned item shipments, therefore it is recommended than an insured and trackable mail service be used for returns.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Tammy Majchrzak does not offer refunds if the Buyer has received an item or service, (directly through Tammy or other entities), and then decide that they no longer want the item/service. This includes all distant services, Products, Training, Attunements and sessions, regardless of whether they have been started/received or not.
DIGITAL AND DISCOUNTED SERVICES:
Any Discounted, Digital, Products, Services, Attunements and supporting materials/items, once received by the Buyer, are not eligible for a refund.
If an Attunement is purchased, it is up to the Buyer to book the Attunement in a timely manner. If not booked within a 30-day period from date of purchase, and training materials have been sent to the Buyer, a refund cannot be issued. Extensions for Attunement bookings can be given if you contact Tammy@metatronia.com before the 30-day period ends.
Tammy Majchrzak is not obliged to issue refunds for any of her products or services purchased through other entities, such as other online retailers, distributors, events or retail partners. The only time a refund may be considered for Tammy's products/Services that have been purchased through Other Entities, is if it is within a 30-day period from date of purchase, and no products/Services/Materials have already been issued to the Buyer by Tammy or by Other Entities. A "change of Mind" by the Buyer does not warrant a refund.
PROOF OF PURCHASE:
Tammy Majchrzak is unable to issue a refund, if eligible, without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to Tammy in an unsuitable condition, refunds cannot be issued. All physical items are inspected on return.
